"I have lost 27.5 lbs!"
I started at the studio doing personal training with Mike in Novemeber of 2015 and he introduced me to exercise which I hadn't done in a lot of years. Then I did the 28 Day Diet program and started the group classes. As of today I have lost 27 lbs and I am working towards my goal of another 18 lbs! I enjoy the group classes now because I get to meet different people and we're all at different levels but working towards similar goals.
