Small Group and private Yoga 

Our yoga classes are focused on lengthening and toning the muscles while improving your flexibility.  You will learn to make a connection between breath and movement. Enjoy the benefits of improved muscle tone, better breathing habits, reduction of stress, better sleep, and a sense of well-being. All fitness levels welcome. 


Small Group & Private Yoga Instruction


Our Registered Yoga Teacher, Michelle Hendricks will design a private or small group yoga class to fit your goals, whether it's to improve posture, balance, or strength. The sessions will focus on helping the participant grow in their yoga practice.

$35 per Private session 

$20 for Small Group session
